My H22T HB Re-birth

Ok guys, it's been awhile since I've been on here but I figured I'd share my build with you guys. I bought this car completely stock in 2002 and it's gone through soo many changes to where it's at today. This Is The Beginning of my 2010 Winter build. My plan is to rebuild the car from the motor to the engine bay in addition to brakes and so on. Enjoy and thanks for looking .......... I'll post up some past pics since I know a lot of you have never seen this car so here we go with a bunch of pics of the past to present!!

Ok now on to my 2010 Winter build .......... I have a fully built h22t that I've had for about 6 years now, and the motor is starting to consume oil and slowly losing compression so I figured why not pull out and rebuild to get ready for the drag racing season .... ....... here's a few pics of my slow progress !!!!!

which turboback are you runnin now / the last seasons ? i dont know which one should i use.,..a 2.5",or 3",have you maybe any experience ?

Whats up Marc, ya I figured this is a good way to meet more people in germany so you'll see me around here more. I might have to take you up on your offer. Once I get the motor done. I will need to put everything back in the engine bay (lines, everything, motor) so maybe I can have you and sebastian come down for the day :-D ............

I'm running a Precision Turbo sc61 w/.63ar and I'd go with a 3 "Downpipe / exhaust if thats what your asking. Reason being it will flow better and leave room to grow if you want to make more HP in the future .

Of course sebastian , you and Marc are good friends and we will hang out more when the weather gets better for sure . We have big plans for you guys too....... I cant wait to see your crx in action , hopefully you can have it done this summer so we can spank some bugs and mustangs .....lol

Yes it's a oem us spec, I havent done anything to the core support. The German civic dont have this? My car was made in canada?


My civic is a dx model so it came with drum brakes in the rear ........ That will go into the trash and these German spec rear disks will go on . Does anybody know if there's any difference between the us and German spec spec rear rotors? I dont think so?Thanks (eg5rider) for hooking these up for me .........



Had a little problem my the last time I took my car out, look at my timing belt ............ everythink is ok, I think god was looking out for me ..... lol. This was a sign that the motor needed to come out and rebuild!





I took everything off so I can polish the intake manifold ..... this is the prelude in stock ........ ooh well, it will make power tho ..



I also want to clean up my harness and do a mild engine bay tuck, this is crazy right now !!!!!



Here's my old Precision Turbo 880cc injectors, Aem fuel rail and injectors Synapse FPR .......... btw these are for sale if someone's looking for some prelude peak / hold injectors (200E), I have some new 1000cc for more fuel



My old competition Dss clutch stage 5 and stage 2.9 axles ........

yes german eg´s dont have this !



there are no differents between us and eu rear rotors! only the eg6 has an ABS system wich u see on the two sensors :wink: nice work are you a car mechanik or is it only free time activity?
